One-time websites
Cancel before we show you the design and we refund the full advance. Cancel after the design is shown and we refund 50% of the advance. There is no refund once the site is live. Money spent registering a domain isn't refundable, but the domain stays in your name.
Monthly services
The current month's bill isn't refundable. After the minimum term you can cancel any time and won't be billed again from the next month. Setup fees aren't refundable.
Ad budgets
Money you paid to Meta yourself can't be refunded through us. Any part of a budget paid through us in dollars that hasn't been spent on ads can be used for your next campaign, or refunded in taka at the rate you paid.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the method you paid with (bKash, Nagad or bank) within 7 working days.
